Physiotherapy has played a crucial role in my life from about the age of 10. I always had an interest in it and the through the years many events made me realise that this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

I am very interested in a more holistic approach to health and not just looking at one specific injury or issue but looking at all aspects of your life and health status and determining what can be altered or improved to help each individual. Overall health is very important to me and something I am passionate about sharing.

Friends and family are extremely important to me and I have learnt that it doesn’t matter how far away they live or how long they have been in your life, but what matters is the impact they play while they are in your life. I am the younger of two siblings and hold a very close relationship to my family even though we all live very far apart.

Exercise is very important to me. I have learnt first hand what happens to my body when I neglect it and stop moving it. I have to constantly move and exercise and my favourite way of doing this is by playing squash. Spending time in nature always gives me a sense of calm and I feel most at home when surrounded by beautiful landscapes.

But like all millennials, I love a good series. Grey’s of course being number one. Followed by Brooklyn Nine-Nine as a close second.
