The nature has always fascinated me with the pleasant atmosphere and its relaxing effect you get from being there. When you walk into the forest and listening to the sound of running streams that’s flows through the rocks and grounds and singing birds that flies in the sky. Well can it be more relaxing. But what do we know about the effects that the nature can give us? Can it actually heal us?
In a research article they looked at the effects that outdoors life could give us. They saw that getting out into nature and going for a walk or relaxing outside in the open would, would lower your stress level and improve your psychological condition positively. They also found that getting out into the wild, could lower the risk factors for heart and vascular diseases and obesity. On cardiovascular disease they looked at the development of it via arterial stiffness and elevated cholesterol and how this was affected before and after the survey. They looked also at how nature could affect the school education. By getting out into nature as an outdoor education in the schools, it led to improvement in psychosocial indicators such as self-efficacy, autonomy, increased self-confidence and personal control. This applied across different age groups. Even children with ADHD showed improvement in their ability to concentrate after activities in nature and green areas.
Because of this we see that the nature has a positive influence on us, when it comes to lower our stress level. I chose this picture because I wanted to show you how relaxing the nature can be. I believe that if we could use more of the nature as a rehabilitation center for people, the patient could lower their stress level. And by lower the stress level people could get more motivated to master theirs own struggled. Let the patients get the changes to overcome theirs disease.

Hi there Jonas,
My name is Caitlin and I will be reviewing your post and just providing some feedback which I hope will be helpful.
Writing and Grammar: Upon reading your post I did come across a number of grammatical errors, don’t stress it happens to the best of us. I would however suggest that you perhaps read over your post again and adjust these errors as well as add punctuation to your sentences thus allowing them to flow better.
References: I like that you have made use of a reference in your second paragraph, I would however recommend that you add in-text referencing just to show that your claims are supported. Also just take note of your referencing style and adhere to whichever guidelines it is that you were taught.
Content: In terms of the overall content of your post, I like that you’ve decided to incorporate the aspect of nature and the effects that it has on ones health, however I think that you should try and find a link between nature and the health care system so that when one reads your post they have some sort of idea of what the Norwegian health care system is like and what it may be like for a patient receiving care in one of your health care facilities.
I do hope that my comments will be useful to you! I wish you all the best with the rest of your studies .
