South Africa practices secondary health care which is primarily based on curative medicine as opposed to preventative medicine practiced elsewhere in the world,Dr Arron Motsoaledi ,the then minister of health said and i quoute “our government is trying to change the system to convert it to primary health care cause they see it as cost efficient” but in my view after seing several Cuban trained doctors in our country i beg to differ as that type of health care will not be suitable in my country given the large population density and the material conditions present at the moment,we have one one the best training facilities in Africa and in some respect in the world which enables our professionals to thrive everywhere they go,i believe more resources should be pumped into the training of professionals so that we can be able to maintain our current system, mind you south Africa is the first country in the world to perform a heart transplant.

A short, but good assignment. As I dont know a lot about your country´s health care system and how it works, it is difficult for me to agree or disagree with you. But if I think about how Norway’s health care system is built, it also has a greater focus on the curative medicine. This is something that we try to change, as it will be more economic to prevent sickness instead of just focus on treating it. Therefor I must say that I have a different perspective on the case, than you do. If the health care system has more focus on the public health and preventative medicine it will benefit the population in the long term, as there will be fewer patiens that need treatment, ergo, it will cost the government and the communes less.
When it comes to the text it self, I wish that you would use references to back up your arguments and write a bit more to elaborate the purpose of the text as it could be a bit hard to fully understand what you mean. Also it would be helpful if you had used punctuation correctly, as the text seems to be one long sentence.
