This picture is taken just outside the main train station in Oslo, also called Oslo S. In this picture you can see a father with his little child in a stroller on his way to the train station. These kind of ramps are found all over the city, and all over Norway. Ramps like these make it possible for people in wheelchairs or walkers to get to where they need without having to go all the way around the stairs or to find an elevator to take them up 5 steps. Furthermore this allows patients to take the same paths trough the city as regular people, and makes their everyday life a little easier. This is a huge plus for physical therapists aswell, because it makes it easier to work with habilitation and rehabilitation with patients who are dependent on a wheelchair or walker.
But this is not only helpful in the physical aspect, but also with the thought of reducing the discrimination of people with disabilities. This is also a law in Norway, called the “Discrimination and accessibility” law. The purpose of the law is to promote equality, secure equal opportunities and rights to participate in the society for everyone, independent of physical ability, and prevent discrimination of people with physical disabilities. So basically this means that any public social area has to be mounted with possibilities for people with physical disabilities to move and use the same areas and shortcuts as everyone else. This also applies to schools, hospitals, dentists, churches, restaurants and much more.

This is a very good idea of a POV scenario. I just think you could add a little more perspective on the Norwegian Healthcare system and not only the country as a whole. You could also consider using a bit more research and academic literature to back up your perspective.
Based on the structure of your assignment, the different points in your paragraphs is well put together and the comparison between the stroller and the wheelchair is well thought out. I just think that you could add more information based on the health care system in Oslo as well as get more literature to support your claim, bur other than that your use of language and structure is well done.
Good luck with the improvements and with the rest of the POV assignment.
