Students working at the Argus Cycle tour

Our UWC PT students volunteered to work at the Argus Cycle tour on the 8th of March, where cyclists from all over the world completed 109km through some of the most beautiful scenery in the world, and it was nothing but fun, challenging and slightly windy.

Our students were stationed at the end tent and offered massages to the cyclists, while others were stationed at different points along the route, including at Bakoven! It was a long day, with students working from 8 am – 6 pm but we conquered the day (even if our hands didn’t feel the same way?). For many of our students, it was their first sporting event but even though they were nervous they did a fantastic job!???

Thank you to all of the students who volunteered and for those who returned after last year. We hope to see you next year again!
