As the year creeps past the halfway mark, Ms Shamila Gamiet, our second, third and fourth-year clinical coordinator, raised the importance to have a supervisor feedback meeting. All our UWC clinical practical supervisors met today to discuss the current situation and the way forward. At UWC, we constantly seek ways to improve our teaching and support to the students, and this feedback session was a much-needed pulse check on the current student’s performances.
